  1. Download the application.  Choose the appropriate application from the list below, save it to your computer first, and then complete it and save your changes.
  2. Write a cover letter. Explain how your knowledge, skills and abilities will serve TWM.
  3. Prepare a resume.  If you prefer, but not in lieu of the application.
  4. Obtain a college transcript.  Especially important if you have less than 2 years of experience.  Appreciated if you have more than 2 years of experience.  An unofficial transcript from your university’s online system can be e-mailed.  If necessary, you may send it under separate cover.
  5. E-mail or mail your complete package to us.  If e-mailing, please send all files in Word or PDF format.
