June 2017 – The City of O’Fallon has contracted with TWM to provide transportation and roadway engineering design services to extend the existing portion of West Elm Street to North Main Street. The goal of this project is to connect the existing pavement,  constructed as part of the O’Fallon Station Development, with North Main Street, and realign West Elm Street to allow for safe travel through the intersection.
