TWM Relocates Carbondale Office

St. Charles

February 2009 - A little more than a year after opening a Carbondale office, TWM has relocated to new office space, doubling the square footage available to the firm, and allowing more room for growth and expansion.

The company is leasing a third floor suite in the Newell Building at 201 East Main Street. The building is being renovated and restored by Carbondale developer Dan Terry, and is also home to his popular Newell House restaurant on the ground floor. Originally built in 1872, as one of the most expensive and elaborate hotels in Southern Illinois, it is also one of the oldest structures in the city.

Terry has a number of renovation projects either in the works or planned for the future and may be the catalyst for additional revitalization of Carbondale’s downtown area. TWM felt it was important to support this renaissance effort and was committed to staying close to downtown.

The new office opened in January.
