Project Description

Loadout Design for Cargill

Loadout Design for Cargill
  • LOCATION: Tuscola, IL

  • CLIENT: Cargill

Engineering loadout design services for Cargill were provided by TWM to complete this project. Our tasks included verification of dimensions of all structural steel frames, existing column lines, equipment, trusses, towers, load-outs, chutes, supports, bulkweigher, and conveyors for proper fit.  Marked all connection points on existing structure and verified dimensions to circumvent issues associated with erection of assembled steel. Staff also engineered all required chutes and transitions between equipment, conveyors and load-outs; provided structural engineering of all equipment supports and pulley system supports required for the project; and reviewed all submittals and shop drawings to verify fit.
