Retail land development engineering was provided by TWM for the Best Buy store located in Glen Carbon, IL on an outparcel of the Edwardsville Crossing shopping center – a 2.70 acre site for the 30,056 sq. ft. store. TWM’s tasks included design of the civil site plan for the building and parking lot; Drainage analysis; Design of the storm and sanitary sewer systems; Coordination of utility services; Delineation of sidewalks, curb & gutter, and pavement plans; Grading and erosion control plans; and Preparation of necessary permit applications. The firm also provided boundary and topographic surveying services as well as construction staking.
