  Dierbergs Green Mount Crossing

Thouvenot, Wade & Moerchen, Inc. provided civil engineering and surveying services for the first two Dierbergs stores in Illinois. The first is the Dierbergs shopping center at the corner of I-64, Frank Scott Parkway East and North Green Mount Road in Shiloh, Illinois: a total of 254,426 square feet of retail space and 13 outlots. The firm provided engineering services for many of the outlots as well, including St. Louis Bread Co., 54th Street Grill & Bar, Michaels and Ashley Furniture.

After completion of this $40,000,000 shopping center, owner Capitol Land Development Company chose TWM to design Dierbergs Edwardsville Crossing on a 58-acre site in Madison County, Illinois.
