  Holy Trinity Catholic Church and   School, Fairview Heights, IL

With the merger of St. Albert the Great and Our Lady of Assumption in Fairview Heights, the new parish of Holy Trinity began the process of relocating from corner property at one of the busiest commercial intersections in southern Illinois. Using funds from that property sale, it is developing a larger church and school campus more centrally located in its rapidly growing parish boundaries.

TWM has been a key partner in this process. The firm initially prepared the boundary survey for a 23-acre site along Fountains Parkway in Fairview Heights, and then assisted with overcoming property access, zoning and wetland issues, and with property purchase negotiations. The firm has since designed the civil site plan and obtained the necessary permits and reviews.
