  Villages at Wingate, Shiloh, IL

The Villages at Wingate is a multi-use planned development consisting of retail and office facilities, an assisted living facility, a senior housing apartment center, villas, single family residences and an elementary school.  The project includes amenities such as athletic courts, a pool and a clubhouse. 

TWM is responsible for the surveying, engineering, zoning and Planned Unit Development services associated with the project.  TWM will design the roadway plans for Greenmount Road to improve the road from a two-lane rural section to a five-lane urban section, along with two signalized intersections.  TWM is responsible for the sanitary sewer, water main, roadway, and storm water management design.
