  Morgan Avenue Bridge over I-57

TWM performed the Phase 1 and 2 Preliminary Engineering for a proposed overpass to carry Morgan Avenue over Interstate 57 just north of Illinois Route 13.

TWM engineers modified the existing westbound Illinois Route 13 access to and from I-57 to include Collector-Distributor Roadways that will provide access to and from the proposed Morgan Avenue structure. This new route will relieve the congested Route 13/I-57 interchange.

In Phase 1, TWM prepared an Access Justification Report, which was submitted to and approved by the Federal Highway Administration.
