In addition to construction phase services, TWM developed plans for total reconstruction of 2270’ (0.43 miles) along 45th Street, an industrial corridor that is classified as a major collector, from Cookson Road to Collinsville Road. The existing suburban roadway was oil and chip, and design included new asphalt pavement, concrete gutter, storm sewer/ditches, and concrete sidewalk. The plans included setting the roadway profile, intersection details, and entrance details. The roadway was closed to through traffic; however, access was maintained for land owners along the project. Some temporary construction easements were necessary, as well as a few locations of new proposed right-of-way. TWM performed topographic and boundary surveys and provided all land acquisition documents necessary for the project.
