Transparency in Coverage
The Transparency in Coverage (TiC) Rule requires health plans and issuers to publicly post machine-readable files (MRFs) containing negotiated rates for in-network providers and allowed amounts for out-of-network providers, and to provide an online price-comparison tool for consumers.
