Fire Tower Subdivision is a proposed 155-lot single-family residential subdivision in Hamilton County, TN. Civil planning included site and lot layout, proposed building pad grading for each of the 149 building sites, horizontal and vertical roadway design, site-wide grading design, stormwater management analysis and design, erosion prevention and sediment control design per TDEC requirements, water modeling and fire protection design, low-pressure and gravity sewer design, permitting, and coordination with other designers and reviewing agencies. TWM provided coordination with local government, TDEC, and USACE.
