This design-build project involved construction of a 9,725’ addition to the existing Illinois American Water Company (IAWC) garage. Scope included topographic survey of the building site and an area of approx. 2/5+ acres to verify drainage, civil site design plan of the building and parking lot, storm sewer plan, drainage analysis, site grading plan, and construction phase services. TWM also designed the relocation of the existing yard hydrant and adjacent meter.
