TWM provided surveying and property research, preliminary plans, and right-of-way plans for this roadway resurfacing project that consisted of milling existing surface, HMA overlay, ADA-compliant 6’ wide sidewalk addition on the west side, drainage improvements, and signal replacement at the Clayton intersection.

Scope also included easement exhibits and legal descriptions as needed, construction plans, pavement analysis, hydraulic analysis and stormwater design, signal and rapid flashing beacon design, utility coordination, public involvement, preparation and submittal of all necessary regulatory permits, and preparation of PS&E and final documents. Construction engineering included assistance with the preconstruction conference, daily site inspections, maintaining project and payment diary, preparing progress reports, invoices and change orders, conducting construction material testing and inspections as needed, reviewing shop drawings, and performing ADA inspections.
