TWM designed 10’ wide shared-use path from Lebanon Road to Ashland Avenue (3.5 miles). Trail includes connections to Clinton Hill Park Loop Trail, Richland Creek Trail (which connects to the MetroBikeLink system), and St. Ellen Trail. Project also included a pedestrian truss structure over Richland Creek, upgrades to two existing traffic signal locations to include pedestrian push buttons, and a flashing beacon at road crossing near Clinton Hill Park. Scope included plat of highway and land acquisition documents for various easements/right-of-way strips as required. To maximize funding, TWM split the project into four phases, and prepared successful MEPRD grant applications for each phase, as well as INDR grant applications for Phases 2 and 3.
