TWM provided corridor survey engineering services for the City of Wildwood’s Manchester Road Streetscape Improvement Project. This project will transform Manchester Road into a Great Street, completing the corridor for this multi-phase project.  At the start of the project, land surveyors performed geospatial services that established right-of-way limits for Manchester Road and 37 parcels adjoining right-of-way; researched adjoining subdivision plats, acquisition deeds, and right-of-way plans for boundary resolution; and reviewed title commitments for each parcel to identify existing easements.  The project incorporates 12’ vehicular lanes, 5’ bike lanes, and 10’ ADA-compliant sidewalks to accommodate cyclists and pedestrians, and also includes on-street parking lanes, street lighting, and street trees along both sides of Manchester Road.
