Memorial Hospital East Campus
Healthcare design services included performing initial site due diligence and planning for the Memorial East campus. TWM helped bring the vision of the 94-acre site plan into reality. To meet the hospital’s access, parking, and pedestrian needs, TWM designed turn lanes and signalization at the main entrance, ADA-compliant facilities, and controlled-access doctor parking. An existing Class I lake and dam was integrated into the design, rehabilitating it to meet stormwater management needs. Other necessities such as on- and off-site interceptor sewer service, off-site water main extension, and on-site water distribution system were incorporated. In addition, TWM provided design and permitting of the helipad and coordination with utility providers.
