Belle Valley Industrial Park
Industrial park engineering design services were provided by TWM for the Belle Valley III Industrial & Business Park. Our services included land surveying, civil engineering, transportation engineering, and structural engineering. Our scope of tasks also entailed traffic analysis, intersection design, hydraulic analysis, and bridge analysis and design as well as utility and infrastructure design for the entire development.
Belle Valley III included 52 large industrial lots, located on approximately 175 acres of land between the existing Belle Valley Industrial Park and IL Route 13. On behalf of the City of Belleville, TWM coordinated with IDOT, IDNR, IEPA, and the Corps of Engineers to acquire all necessary permits for the industrial park.
