Multifamily housing design services were provided by TWM and helped these developers to make this apartment functional, safe, clean, and economical for family. The complex features eleven 7,700 sq. ft. buildings, a 3,700 sq. ft. clubhouse, and related site improvements in Shiloh, Illinois.  TWM performed a boundary and topographic survey of the 20-acre site; designed the master site plan; prepared a detailed grading plan and erosion and sedimentation control plan; designed the domestic water and fire protection system; designed the sanitary sewer extension; designed storm sewers and stormwater detention; and provided construction staking of the improvements.
