TWM’s water main engineering services included performing topographic / boundary surveys and civil engineering services for water main improvements on Pralle Lane. This project involved the installation of 1,500 linear feet of 12” water main in a congested right-of-way. TWM incorporated boring to avoid utility conflicts and protection of a block retaining wall as part of the design. The project included preparation of construction drawings, MoDNR permit application, opinion of probable construction cost, and quantities for the proposed improvements. TWM’s professional land surveyors established the existing rights-of-way to ensure proposed construction was within existing easements.
