These talented individuals play key roles within our firm and bring a blend of diverse skills, passion, and fresh perspectives to the work they do. We’d like to introduce them to you and take a moment to learn more about each of them!

Randy Zilz | Project Manager & Branch Manager, Decatur Branch Office
With a strong background managing geospatial and land surveying projects, Randy has 39 years of experience in drafting, CAD design, pipeline surveys, grading design, drainage design, Microstation plan drafting, and track alignment design and plan preparation for railway projects. He has also served as Survey Party Chief and On-site Representative on various types of construction projects while previously working for AECOM.

It will be energizing to watch Randy’s impact on growing the Decatur office and expanding our client base. “The vision and goals at TWM are clear, and I’m confident knowing I’m working among people who strive for both personal and client satisfaction,” Randy said.

Aaron Hutson, Sr., PLS | Director of Tennessee Operations
Bringing a diverse background in business development and operations as a Professional Land Surveyor and Project Manager, Aaron has more than 30 years of experience in land surveying, ALTA/ACSM surveys, flood plain surveys, route surveys, and construction surveys. Prior to joining TWM, he managed his own engineering and land surveying business where he coordinated with project stakeholders and developed project objectives. He has also excelled as an Assistant Vice President for Volkert, Inc. where he executed projects, led strategic initiatives, and prepared annual budgets.

Aaron’s enthusiasm will be key to building and growing TWM’s presence in Tennessee. He says, “It’s my mission to build a sustainable business that balances profit with purpose, by fostering a culture of excellence through strong relationships and teamwork.”
