TWM provided the civil engineering and land surveying services to Wayne City Unified School District #100 for a new K-12 elementary school on their 12-acre parcel. TWM worked closely with the School’s architect in coordinating building elevations, utility services and site conditions. Construction documents were provided to include civil site designs of the building and parking lot geometric plan.

  • Civil design included delineating walks, drives, parking, curb and gutter

  • Utility planning of storm and sanitary sewer and water services, including stormwater detention and management design/calculations and grading and erosion plans

  • NPDES SWPPP permitting documents prepared for state and local compliance
